Creators must deliver campaign content as specified in campaign briefs, accurately represent their audience metrics, disclose paid partnerships per FTC guidelines, and maintain confidentiality of brand information.
Brands must provide accurate campaign briefs, pay creators per agreed terms, not misrepresent products, respect creator creative rights, and comply with applicable advertising laws.
The CreatorCampaigns platform, including all code, design, algorithms and data, is proprietary. Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per AAA rules.
