CreatorCampaigns provides a platform connecting TikTok Shop sellers with content creators. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with TikTok's advertising policies and applicable laws.
Creators agree to fulfill campaign commitments, disclose sponsored content per FTC guidelines, create original content that does not infringe on third-party rights, and not engage in fraudulent activity.
Sellers agree to pay creators on time, provide accurate product information, honor sample commitments, and not misrepresent product performance or campaign terms.
CreatorCampaigns is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. TikTok Shop is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
